RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE VALUATIONS
Salter Rex Chartered Surveyors are recognised by numerous Banks, Building Societies
and other Financial Institutes. We are therefore able to carry out Valuations
for Residential Mortgage Lending.
Most of our instructions are directly from the lender and we hold a stock of
Mortgage Valuation Forms for various lenders so that valuations can be completed
and returned usually within a few days or earlier if requested.
If you wish to use the experience of Salter Rex Chartered Surveyors you can recommend
us to your lender and we will be available to discuss our fee structure with
you.
As Salter Rex Chartered Surveyors are able to offer you the additional services
of a “Building Survey” or “RICS/ISVA Homebuyer Survey and Valuation” we
can reduce your overall cost by combining these with a Mortgage Valuation.
COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE VALUATIONS
Salter Rex Chartered Surveyors are recognised by numerous banks, building

valuations for commercial mortgage lending.
Most of our instructions are directly from the lender but customers are able
to recommend or request that Salter Rex Chartered Surveyors be instructed by
the lender.
Our fees for all commercial mortgage valuations are competitive and negotiable.
